Don't cut the bulb portion off, simply give the stems a good rinse.
Hyacinth cut flowers are sold with a portion of the bulb intact to make the flowers last longer.
Soft pink six-petaled bell flowers set close together on upright stem. Availability may include on-the-bulb, 12 to 16 inch stems.

Care and Handling

If you do not add floral preservative, change the water every day or so.

Place your hyacinth in an area away from direct sunlight until ready for your event. We also recommend cooler temperatures and high relative humidity if possible.
